TASTING NOTES
Delicate pink. Medium-pointed, sophisticated bouquet. Fruit notes (raspberries) combined with floral. Dry, elevated acidity, medium-bodied with a pleasant mixed fruity aroma. Longish aftertaste. A lovely rose.

VINIFICATION
Whole cluster pressing, spontaneous fermentation with wild yeast only, aging in stainless steel tank. No fining.
