Our northernmost location at the efflux of an extinct volcano. A mix of sandy marl, limestone intercalations, basalt and gravel.

TASTING NOTES
Heady nose of campfire, clementine peel and orange blossom and baked cream. Golden, shimmering, a mouthful of dust and wide sunset colors. Wild and elusive and fiery with life, orange citrus and white pepper, with an intense quince-sweet perfume. But there is a great stillness at the core of this wine. Magnificent.
